The workshops were opportunities for people to talk directly with the designers of the eight alternatives on the short list for the Circ-Williston EIS. | Public meetings were held in Richmond, Burlington, and Williston on November 15-17 to present the short-list of alternatives and discuss the analysis which will be done in Step 3 of the EIS process.
